Quality records that hold up in an audit.
Nonconformance, corrective action, and first article inspection for small aerospace suppliers — built so that when an auditor asks to see a record, the answer takes seconds and survives scrutiny.
The demo loads a worked example from a machine shop: parts with a revision chain, nonconformances at different stages, and a corrective action whose effectiveness check is already overdue. Creating an account takes a minute and needs an email you can open.
Daily
Nonconformance & corrective action
Raise a nonconformance in under two minutes from the floor. Containment, disposition with the customer authorization on file, root cause, and an effectiveness check the system will not let you skip.
Per part
First article inspection
Characteristics held against the part revision, not retyped for every report. Full and partial inspections, with a partial always carrying the baseline it builds on.
Underneath
Traceability
Material heat numbers through to what shipped and to whom — in both directions. When a certification turns out to be wrong, the question is which parts and which customers, quickly.
Why this exists
Most shops run their quality system in a spreadsheet.
It works until someone asks a question the spreadsheet cannot answer: who changed this, and when. What did it say before. Which lots came off that heat number. Whether the corrective action closed two years ago actually worked.
Those questions get asked during a certification or surveillance audit, by a customer, or after a part fails in service — which is the worst possible moment to discover the record is thin.
Design commitments
Every change is recorded
Who, what, when, and what it said before — written by the database itself, not by application code that can forget.
Nothing is ever deleted
A quality record is voided with a reason and retained. An auditor asking what happened to a record gets an answer better than silence.
A signature means what it meant
The signer's name and role are captured at the moment of signing. A later promotion does not quietly rewrite a two-year-old approval.
Auditors get their own login
Read-only, including the record history, and time-boxed — instead of a folder of printouts.
Your data is yours, and it is here
Hosted in Canada. Records export in full, on demand, in formats you can keep.
What it is
Two modules over a shared parts, revisions, and lots registry — nonconformance and corrective action, and first article inspection. Both produce a document you hand to someone else.
What it is not
Not an ERP, not shop floor scheduling, not CAD or PLM, and not a drawing ballooning tool. Those are well served elsewhere, and being excellent at two things beats being adequate at ten.
What the standards actually require
A plain-language walk through nonconformance, corrective action, first article inspection, and traceability.
